Senior Quality Manager

  • Provide high quality IC and module products throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Design, develop and lead Quality Assurance processes and methods, work together with the RnD and FAB departments to ensure methodologies enforcements and measurements.
  • Use control and monitoring methods to enforce quality of product and process. Create data models and reports using knowledge of IC manufacturing processes, procedures/tools and analytical statics.
  • Lead all ISO9001, ISO TS16949 (Automotive) implementation and certification related activities.
  • Manage product and process changes, non-conformities and enforce corporate quality system.
  • Design, develop and lead Quality Assurance processes and methods including internal audits and management review.
  • Responsible for supplier quality management including audits, routine reviews, quality issues, etc.
  • Responsible for quality SOW, RFQ related to quality, and customer’s inquiries.
  • Develop a Supplier PCN database and flows.



BS/MS Electrical Engineering – Preferred, or Chemical Material Science/Mechanical Engineering.

  • +5 Years proven experience with Quality Management Systems – Must.
  • Proven experience with ISO9001, ISO TS16949 (Automotive) implementation and certification – Must.
  • +3 Years in management and integration activities – Must.
  • Prior experience with matrix management environments – Preferred.
  • 3+ Years of experience in the silicon manufacturing processes or testing area and knowledge of optical /laser products – Advantage.
  • Familiar with chip/system qualification and reliability processes – Advantage.
  • Hands-On experience with data driven reports, procedures and specifications.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Team oriented and high inter-personal skills, ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong analytical ability, processes oriented.
  • High awareness for quality and continuous improvement approach
  • International Travel ~15%
